Sister Therese Immaculate, O.S.F., formerly Angelina Di Condina, died Jan. 7 at St. Joseph Villa in Reading. She was 76.
Born in Philadelphia, she entered the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters, serving for 58 years. Within the Philadelphia Archdiocese she served at Our Lady of Loreto, St. Hugh and Holy Name parishes in Philadelphia; St. Titus Parish in Norristown; Sacred Heart Medical Center/Bernardine Center in Chester, and at the Intentional Community in Media.
She also served at parishes and schools in Brazil; Puerto Rico; Washington, D.C.; Tampa, Fla.; Dickson City, Keiser, Kulpmont, Old Forge, Reading, Shenandoah and Allentown in Pa.
She was predeceased by her parents, Rocco and Anna Megali Di Condina, one brother and one sister.
The funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 11 at Sacred Heart Convent Chapel in Reading.
She is survived by her brothers Santo, Dominic and Francis Di Condina.
