The theme for this year’s Catholic Schools Week, Jan. 27-Feb. 2, is “Catholic Schools the Raise the Standards” and Catholic schools across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are preparing to show off their high standards.

The kick-off event for the week takes place when Bishop Daniel Thomas and Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter visit Immaculate Heart of Mary School Monday, Jan. 28 at 9 a.m.

Dozens more schools are planning events all week – find a school near you in this Catholic Schools Week supplement to Discover what Catholic schools are doing to raise standards in the community.
