SS. Peter and Paul School, West Chester, will host the following events during Catholic Schools Week:

 

Monday, Jan. 28    

Student Appreciation Day — Students will begin the day with a Grab ’n Go Breakfast. Carnegie Science Center presents “Captain Green’s All Day Ad-venture,” an all-day science experience for grades pre-K to 8.

Tuesday, Jan. 29

STEM Day (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) — Teachers will engage the students in various STEM activities.

Wednesday, Jan. 30

Spirit Day — The students will wear SS. Peter and Paul spirit wear or gym outfits and compete in a variety of academic and physical challenges throughout the day. Teachers vs. eighth graders “Family Feud” game will be held in the gym at 1:45 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 31

Open House — Parishioners wishing to see Catholic education in action are invited to visit the school from 10 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. Visit the seventh and eighth grade science fair. Come and see the vibrant and enthusiastic learning that happens every day at SS. Peter and Paul School! Everyone is invited.

Friday, Feb. 1    

Teacher Appreciation — All are welcome to celebrate the closing of Catholic Schools Week with Mass at 10 a.m. Eighth grade students will team-teach various lessons across the grades. Home and School will provide a special lunch for the teachers.
