Event Description

In these turbulent times, nonprofits are being faced with increasing pressures. Join us for an intensive seminar with like-minded nonprofit professionals seeking to increase their leadership effectiveness and organizational sustainability.

 

Topics include:

  • Methods and processes for strategic planning • Leading and managing in conditions of constant change • Effective leadership under pressure from multiple constituencies:

Board, staff, donors, clients, and other stakeholders • Recognizing and reducing organizational dysfunction • Working through rational, political, emotional, behavioral dimensions of change Participants will experience Cranaleith’s acclaimed hospitality and accommodations. Work collaboratively across denominational, geographic, and ethnic boundaries, to discover solutions to common challenges. Other times are set aside for quiet and reflection.

Cost

$400 tuition fee, including all meals at Cranaleith

$100 for two nights’ lodging at Cranaleith, subject to limited availability

Marisa Guerin, PhD, President of Guerin Management Consulting, Inc., has worked with the executives and leadership teams of over 50 client organizations – major corporations, family businesses, non-profits and religious organizations.
