Teachers are invited to look into positions at local Catholic schools at the Educator Career Fair hosted by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia on Wednesday, July 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Archbishop Carroll High School.

Applications are invited for teaching positions for the coming academic year in business, English, fine arts, health and physical education, mathematics, science, social studies, special education, theology and world language.

Administrators representing AOP Schools and the archdiocesan Office of Catholic Education will be on site to screen and interview candidates attending the job fair.

After reviewing the website AOPCatholicSchools.org to learn about teacher applications and academic criteria for competencies, candidates should bring to the career fair their completed application, updated resume and transcripts.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Pennsylvania teacher’s certification is desired. All background clearances and Safe Environment Training are required.
