Philadelphia Auxiliary Bishop Timothy Senior installed Msgr. Hugh Shields as pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Saturday, Sept. 10 at 4 p.m. A reception, which included Vietnamese and Latino traditional foods, followed celebration of the Mass.
