Archbishop Charles Chaput led the launch of the 2013 Catholic Charities Appeal in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia on Friday, Feb. 15 at Casa del Carmen, a family services agency of archdiocesan Catholic Social Services located in North Philadelphia.
