All are invited to the Pro-Life Summit and Mass set for Saturday, Jan. 16, with the theme of adoption.

Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in the chapel of the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul. Afterward participants will walk next door to the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center for talks and discussion at 10 a.m.

A prayerful witness for life will also be held at the Planned Parenthood clinic at 12th and Locust streets in Philadelphia preceding Mass from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

The semi-annual event is presented by the organization Adoption is a Loving Option, and sponsored by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office for Life and Family, and the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia.
