Why is there so much suffering in the world and in individual lives? The prophet Job also sought the answer to this poignant question. A Lenten presentation on Wednesday, March 29 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Jude Church, Chalfont, will offer an overview of the spiritual lessons from the Old Testament Book of Job.
Father Thomas Dailey, O.S.F.S., professor of theology at DeSales University, will delve into the twists and turns of this famous story and take a deeper look into the make-up of Job with the goal of pointing us toward the way of wisdom in our own lives.
The event is free but registration is encouraged at faith@stjudechalfont.org or 215-822-9225 (ext. 234).
