Event Description
In today’s complex world, leaders of faith-based organizations face unprecedented challenges. This non-denominational seminar offers faith-leaders the rare opportunity to learn and practice the skills they need to address a myriad of management issues, including strategic planning, change management, and decision making.
Topics include:
Methods and formats for strategic planning with boards, staffs and constituents, who often take their lead from the Spirit.
Attending to the emotional, political and spiritual impacts of change in faith-based organizations.
Participants will experience Cranaleith’s acclaimed hospitality and accommodations while connecting with other leaders. There will be opportunities to work collaboratively across denominational, geographic, and ethnic boundaries, to discover solutions to common challenges. Other times are set aside for quiet and reflection.
