Westminster Williamson Voices
Westminster Williamson Voices has been lauded by reviewers and audiences on both sides of the Atlantic. Gramophone magazine has praised the ensemble’s “intimate and forceful choral artistry”
with a tone that is “controlled and silken in sustained phrases as they are vibrantly sonorous in extroverted material.” American Record Guide praised the ensemble as “without peer.” Nominated for a 2013 Grammy® award for its recording of James Whitbourn’s Annelies, Westminster Williamson Voices is in residence each summer at the Choral Institute at Oxford, one of the world’s leading programs for the education of conductors. It is one of the select ensembles at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, N.J. The ensemble’s
2018-2019 season with James Jordan includes the release of a new recording, concerts in Princeton and Philadelphia and a performance of James Whitbourn’s Annelies, the choral setting of the Diary of Anne Frank, at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
