Heather Renshaw, author of “Death by Minivan,” will share her insights on faith and parenting at March 25 talk at St. Mary Magdalen Parish in Media.
Renshaw, a blogger at RealCatholicMom.com and a contributor to Catholicmom.com, is a mother of five who returned to the Catholic faith as a “revert.” Based in Oregon, she offers tips for meeting the challenges of motherhood through prayer, Scripture reading and the intercession of the saints, using humor and encouragement.
Presented by several mothers’ groups from area parishes (including St. Pius X, St. Joseph in Aston and St. Mary Magdalen), the talk will begin at 7 p.m. Copies of Renshaw’s book will be available for sale and signing.
