The Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office of Catholic Education will host a career fair for teachers interested in substitute and permanent teaching positions in parish and regional elementary schools and secondary schools throughout the five-county Philadelphia region.

Parish and regional elementary schools are also interested in speaking with candidates seeking administrative positions.

The career fair will be held Thursday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Archbishop John Carroll High School, 211 Matson Ford Road, Radnor, Delaware County.

Teaching candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Appropriate Pennsylvania Certification is desired.  Interviews will take place on site.  Candidates are expected to bring completed application, updated resume, transcripts, and clearances.

Candidates interested in teaching in parish and regional elementary schools or in administrative positions should email Jeanne Steitz, administrative assistant to the assistant superintendents for elementary education, at jsteitz@archphila.org and include “Career Fair” in the subject line.

Candidates interested in teaching in secondary schools should email Barbara Guiliano, human resources assistant, at bguiliano@archphila.org and include resume and transcripts.
