The archdiocesan Mass for Persons with Disabilities, continuing for some three decades, gathered hundreds of people with physical and intellectual disabilities and their caregivers, plus members of the Deaf community, April 24 at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, Philadelphia. Archbishop Nelson Perez was the main celebrant, joined by clergy including Msgr.
