The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia (CFGP), which manages the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s annual Catholic Charities Appeal, recently announced its newest grant program to support innovative evangelization efforts throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
In a Dec. 15 announcement, CFGP announced its Angel Award, the first of its kind for the non-profit. It was developed to proactively impact the future of the Catholic church in our local communities.
This award is open to all organizations that meet granting eligibility. Letters of intent for this inaugural cycle are due Feb. 13. Grants will range from $25,000-$50,000.
CFGP’s Grant Committee will mentor applicants throughout the multi-phase application process as they move through the grant cycle before a final presentation is made to members of CFGP’s Board of Trustees and other local philanthropists.
