The Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul awarded its 2026 Keys and Sword Award to Philadelphia Police Capt. Lou Campione during the annual Keys and Sword Gala Dinner, held June 26 at The Logan Philadelphia Hotel. Campione received the honor in recognition of his nearly five decades of service, leadership, and dedication to the Philadelphia community.
Named for the symbols of Saints Peter and Paul, the Keys and Sword Award recognizes members of the civic or religious community who exemplify faith, valor, selfless service, personal sacrifice, and respect.
