Thousands of pilgrims gathered in Philadelphia on July 5 to celebrate the conclusion of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage’s 43-day journey through 14 East Coast states. Following a closing Mass celebrated by Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, the faithful joined a 2.2-mile eucharistic procession to the National Shrine of St. John Neumann, offering a public witness to their faith and devotion to the Blessed Sacrament.
