See scenes from Oct. 15, when members of the first and second cohorts of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office of Catholic Education (OCE) Rising Stars Leadership Academy gathered at Martha’s Community Farm in Audubon for a morning of service. Launched in March 2025 by the OCE Secondary Team, the 14-month leadership program provides professional development, mentoring, and collaboration opportunities for current and future leaders in Catholic secondary education.

Martha’s Community Farm and Martha’s Choice Marketplace are ministries of Catholic Charities of Philadelphia. The farm grows approximately 20,000 pounds of produce annually for the marketplace, Montgomery County’s largest food pantry. (Photos: Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools)
