La semana pasada, en un editorial del 18 de junio, el Wall Street Journal recordó a los estadounidenses que «la evidencia abrumadoramente demuestra que los inmigrantes de hoy se están aculturando y ascendiendo en la escala económica igual que las generaciones anteriores ─y que─ a pesar de los temores y malos datos [entre el público en general], los inmigrantes siguen siendo los recursos estadounidenses que siempre han sido».
