Daylesford Abbey in Paoli offers a silent directed retreat opportunity on Friday evening to Sunday afternoon Feb. 19-21, titled “When What You Need More of Is … Less.”
According to the promotional materials, “When we enter into silence, we start to see things with greater clarity. When we make room for silence we make room for ourselves and God. Silence invites the unknown, the mystery of life, God’s healing touch, the unfathomable — that which rarely has a chance to surface within us.”
Retreatants are invited only to arrive for the retreat ready to listen, and “your spiritual director and God will do the rest.”
The suggested offering for the weekend retreat is $250 per person including room, meals, spiritual direction and invitation to all liturgies. Scholarships are available to defray the cost.
For information call 610-647-2530 ext. 133 or email registrations@daylesford.org.
