Norbertine Father Domenic Rossi was elected the new abbot of Daylesford Abbey by the Norbertine religious community on Jan. 23, but Archbishop Charles J. Chaput conferred the abblatial blessing on Abbot Rossi during a Mass and ceremony at the abbey in Paoli on Saturday, April 14.
