Sister Mary Berenice Eltz, R.S.M., age 103, died Aug. 16.

She is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Mary (Marr), and her brother Louis. Sister Berenice is survived by her religious community, the Sisters of Mercy.

The funeral Mass was celebrated Aug. 23 in the chapel at the Convent of Mercy, Merion. Burial was Aug. 24 in the community cemetery.
