The Northeast Philadelphia parish welcomed Archbishop Nelson J. Perez — a former pastor of St. William before he was ordained a bishop — on Saturday, Sept. 11 to celebrate Mass with the community and administer the sacrament of confirmation for 23 youths and adults.
