On Sept. 17-18, Villanova University hosted the “Witness to Hope: Pastoral Care of Immigrant Communities” regional conference, bringing together clergy, religious leaders and lay faithful to explore ways the Church can accompany and support immigrant families. Co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Mother Cabrini Institute on Immigration, and Catholic IMMpact, the gathering highlighted pastoral care, advocacy, and the dignity of migrants.
