Sister Patricia Ann Cullen, S.S.J. (formerly Sister Joseph Raphael), age 92, died Oct. 16 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa.
The daughter of the late James and Helen (nee Frick) Cullen, she attended Holy Infancy Grade School in Bethlehem and Bethlehem Catholic High School.
In September 1946 she entered the Sisters of St. Joseph, Chestnut Hill and professed her final vows in 1954.
Sister Patricia ministered in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the dioceses of Allentown and Harrisburg.
She is survived by her sisters, Sister Elaine Cullen, S.S.J., Beverly Stevens, Mary Gibbons, Bernadine Edwards, Kathleen Chrismer and Dolores Gledhill; brothers Edward Cullen and Thomas Cullen; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews and their spouses, and members of her congregation, the Sisters of St. Joseph.
She is predeceased by her brother James Cullen.
The funeral Mass was celebrated Oct. 25 at St. Joseph Villa, Flourtown. A memorial Mass was also celebrated at Notre Dame Church in Bethlehem, Pa. on Nov. 1.
