An annual fundraiser for the mother church of the Philadelphia Archdiocese is set to kick off in style tomorrow evening.

The Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul will host its annual Keys and Sword event June 24 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Logan Philadelphia Hotel (One Logan Square, Philadelphia).

Named for the symbols of the cathedral’s patron saints, the initiative serves as the principal fundraising effort for the cathedral, which is also home to the Shrine of St. Katharine Drexel.

The evening will include cocktails, dinner, music and fellowship, all aimed at building a culture of financial support to provide for the extraordinary needs of the Cathedral Basilica and the Cathedral Parish.

Black-tie attire is optional, and guests will receive complimentary parking available at the Cathedral.
