The archdiocesan Office for Ministry with Young Adults will host an information session to introduce Fit from Faith, a Catholic health and wellness coaching program.
Founder and coach Lindsay Fullerman will provide an overview of her ministry on Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. at Malvern Retreat House’s Family Life Center (315 South Warren Avenue, Malvern).
Fullerman has an extensive background in health, wellness and theology, having earned a Master’s degree in theology from Saint Mary’s Seminary in Wickliffe, Ohio, an undergraduate degree in kinesiology (BSc.) from Kent State University’s School of Education, Health and Human Sciences; a minor in sports administration; and certifications in strength and conditioning, sports nutrition and PN (Precision Nutrition) level 2 coaching. Prior to launching Fit from Faith, Fullerman spent nearly a decade as a fitness athlete and strength coach.
Fit from Faith bypasses extreme diets and workouts and instead focuses on pursuing moral virtue as an integral part of living a healthy, free and empowered lifestyle.
