Sister Elizabeth Anne Heller SSJ, (formerly Sister Marian Francis) age 90, died February 23, 2024, at Saint Joseph Villa.
The daughter of the late Frank and Marie (Huf) Heller, she attended St. Rose of Lima Grade School and West Catholic High School.
In September 1951she entered the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Chestnut Hill, and professed her final vows in 1959.
Sister Elizabeth ministered in the Dioceses of Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware.
Sister of the late Frank Heller, she is survived by her sister-in-law Janet Heller, nieces, nephews, dear friends and members of her congregation, the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Philadelphia.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 29, at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown. Services will be livestreamed at www.stjosephvilla.org.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sister’s name to Saint Joseph Villa, 110 W.Wissahickon Ave. Flourtown, PA 19031.
