Catholic Social Services’ Northeast Family Service Center hosted a special blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony March 22 for its new “Baby Boutique”. Reverend Joseph Accardi, Pastor of Saint Bernard Parish, presided over the blessing. The new initiative will provide NEFSC’s Parenting and Pregnancy Program clients with the opportunity to earn “baby bucks” to purchase care items in the Baby Boutique. Items will include clothing, diapers, wipes, toys, books, blankets, bottles, feminine hygiene products, and more.
