Hundreds of Catechists from throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia gathered Sunday, March 23 for the 33rd annual Catechetical Convocation at Archbishop John Carroll High School in Delaware County. The Catechetical Convocation is an annual faith formation event co-sponsored by the Office for Catechetical Formation and the Archdiocesan Association of Parish Directors, Coordinators, and Administrators of Religious Education (PD/C/ARE). Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez celebrated Mass and was joined by Paul Sanfrancesco, National Technology Consultant, and Kathia Arango, director of the archdiocesan Office for Hispanic Catholics, who offered the keynote presentations.
