Dr. Marc Caserio has been named Director of Athletics at Ss. John Neumann & Maria Goretti High School in South Philadelphia, the school announced Aug. 9.

A 1995 graduate of St. John Neumann High School, Caserio has over 16 years of experience in athletic management including eight years as an athletic director at the University of the Sciences a Division II athletic program from 2014-2022. Previously, Caserio was the Director of Recreation at the University of the Sciences from 2006-2014. 

During this time Caserio also served as an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University and Neumann University.

Caserio graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Education in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University, and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University.

“I am honored to return to my Alma Mater and to serve my community of South Philadelphia,” said Caserio.
