The Archdiocese of Philadelphia will hold a Universal Visitation Day for all its high schools throughout the five-county region on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

Seventh-grade students throughout the archdiocese will have the opportunity to explore one of 16 Catholic high schools. This initiative provides future high school students with the opportunity to tour a campus, meet administrators, teachers, and current students, and take part in hands-on activities highlighting each school’s unique academic offerings.

In addition to students from 116 parish, regional, and Independence Mission Schools, this visitation is also open to current public, charter, cyber, and private school seventh-grade students.

School events categorized by county can be found below.

Bucks County

8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Archbishop Wood High School (AW) will welcome future AW Vikings for an eventful day where students will learn what it means to be part of the school community.  Students will tour the campus, follow a mock schedule, meet current AW students, explore club activities, and end the day with a pep rally in the gym!

Chester County

9:00 a.m.-1:15 p.m. Bishop Shanahan High School (BSHS) will welcome interested seventh-grade students to visit campus for the day to experience life as a Shanahan Eagle. Students will tour the campus, meet with BSHS students as well as club and activity leaders, and so much more!

Delaware County

8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Archbishop John Carroll High School (Carroll) will welcome seventh-grade students to join them for a sneak peek at a day in the life of a Carroll student. Students will experience the school with fellow classmates and potential members of the Class of 2030 from throughout the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. They will see an up-close look at what they have to offer and why they should call Carroll home during their high school years!

Montgomery County

9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Lansdale Catholic High School (LC) will welcome seventh- grade students to experience life as a Crusader! Students will follow a roster of classes and have the opportunity to meet with current LC students, faculty, administration, coaches, and club moderators. Students will conclude their day by participating in fun activities in the school’s newly renovated gym.

Philadelphia County – South

8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saints Neumann Goretti High School (SNG) invites future members of the Class of 2030 to spend a day as an SNG Saint at Seventh Grade Visitation Day! Students will attend special classes with SNG teachers, enjoy a presentation from the school’s orchestra, spend time learning about life as a Saint from the SNG Ambassadors, and experience plenty of Saints spirit!

Philadelphia County – North

8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Archbishop Ryan High School will welcome members of the Class of 2030 for Seventh Grade Visitation Day!  Students will begin the day with prayer, followed by breakfast and a welcome assembly. They will also attend five classes to include a math-themed escape room to demonstrate the school’s Virtual Reality Lab. Students will have the opportunity to visit the Archbishop Ryan Involvement Fair where they can explore over 75 ways to get involved at the schools through clubs, activities, and athletics.
