The Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul will mark the 50th anniversary of its designation as a Minor Basilica by Pope St. Paul VI with a Solemn Mass on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m.
Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez will be the principal celebrant of the liturgy, which commemorates a significant milestone in the history of Philadelphia’s mother church.
