Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez blessed and dedicated a new statue of St. John Neumann Oct. 27 at SS. John Neumann and Maria Goretti High School in South Philadelphia. The statue joins the longtime statue of St. Maria Goretti in the school’s Memorial Prayer Garden, creating a visible tribute to the patron saints of Neumann-Goretti and the legacy of the school’s predecessor institutions.
