Why isn’t the Archbishop using the high altar in the cathedral and instead is using a portable table to say Mass? Please don’t tell me it’s that dated 70’s thinking of bring the Mass “closer to the people”. The high altar has been perfectly fine for decades and I never heard anyone complain. God deserves the best.
