Lithaunian Catholics and friends will celebrate the 125th anniversary of St. Casimir Church, 324 Wharton Street in Philadelphia, on Sunday, April 15.
The celebration begins with Mass at 11 a.m. in the church. Father Peter Burkauskas is the celebrant, and Father John Puodziunas is the homilist, with music by Philadelphia’s Lithuanian choir, “Laisve.”
A champagne brunch will immediately follow in the IATSE Ballroom at 2410 S. Swanson Street in Philadelphia. The price is $35 per person and includes breakfast buffet, eggs made to order, Belgian waffle station and lunch entrees.
