The Philadelphia 76ers are one of pro basketball’s most exciting teams, and now Catholic parishioners can enjoy a fun night out to watch the team — for a good cause.

The Catholic Charities Appeal invites everyone to enjoy a fun night out as the Sixers host the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night, March 19 at 7 p.m.

A portion of ticket sales benefit this year’s appeal which provides support for homeless services, special needs students, food cupboards, after-school programs and many more services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to all in the community, regardless of background or creed.

If the goal of 250 tickets sold is reached, CCA beneficiaries will be recognized on the court at the Wells Fargo Center, will high-five the players as they enter, and other special events that night.

Everyone joining the CCA group will receive a gift from the 76ers at the group sales table near Section 111/112 during the game between the first and third quarter.

To purchase tickets, visit the website https://groupmatics.events/event/CCA76ers.

Tickets will be e-mailed to purchasers directly after check out.

Those who can’t make it to the game can still support the appeal by purchasing and donating tickets so that people benefiting from Catholic agencies’ services can attend.
