The Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne will be honored at this year’s 10th annual Keys & Sword event, which will be held at the Logan Philadelphia Hotel on Friday, June 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The black tie gala is a yearly fundraiser for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul. The 2018 goal is $300,000, with ten percent of the net income going to the Sacred Heart Free Cancer Home run by the Hawthorne Dominican Sisters in Philadelphia.
The remainder of the proceeds will help support the parish and ministries of the Cathedral.
Complimentary parking at the Cathedral will be available. Attendance is open to individuals, couples or groups, and all are welcome to make a donation or to purchase a program ad.
