“Live Today Well — St. Francis de Sales’ Simple Approach to Holiness” is the topic of a talk by Father Thomas F. Dailey, O.S.F.S., on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at St. Stanislaus Parish, Lansdale.
The talk, which is free and begins at 7 p.m., is part of the parish’s GIFT program, Growing Together in Faith.
Father Dailey’s book “Live Well Today” describes the spiritual plan of action St. Francis developed to help people live the devout life and acquire holiness in the midst of their everyday activities and responsibilities. The priest of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales shows how anyone can learn to balance time devoted to God with the time needed to complete daily tasks.
The talk will be held in the St. Stanislaus Parish Center’s meeting room. No preregistration is needed. For more information, call the parish center at 215-885-3133.
