The Children’s Cardiomyopathy Foundation is hosting the Living with Cardiomyopathy Family Conference, a free educational event for patients, family members, and healthcare professionals, on October
11-12 in Philadelphia, PA. Held in collaboration with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine/University of Pennsylvania Health System, the conference will feature presentations by specialists, patient/physician panels, and break-out sessions covering a variety of topics relevant to both adults and children.
