Long before Archbishop Nelson Pérez was a bishop, or even a monsignor or a pastor, he was simply “Padre Nelson” to the Flores and Negron families.
He even taught the kids a few tricks on guitar, and they returned the favor by performing at his installation Mass in the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul on February 18, 2020.
It’s good to have the family back together again.
