The Catholic Philopatrian Institute honored Archbishop Pérez with the 2023 Sourin Award Feb 23. at the 59th annual Sourin Award dinner and award ceremony in Philadelphia. The award recognizes individuals who have followed the example of Father Edward J. Sourin, founder of the Catholic Philopatrian Literary Institute, in dedicating their lives to the day to day implementation of their Catholic faith in their businesses, family lives and social activities.
