Steven Clement has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Secondary Schools according to an announcement by the archdiocesan Office of Catholic Education (OCE). The appointment became effective Tuesday, September 12.
Clement assumes the role of CAO while continuing to oversee all areas of Enrollment Management. In his new position, Clement will collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer for Secondary Schools to work across all departments including finance, human resources, marketing, communications, enrollment, and athletics to ensure effective communications, alignment of priorities, and the successful achievement of strategic priorities.
Clement has over 11 years of experience in Catholic education, including seven years of experience as Senior Director of Enrollment Management for OCE. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the mission of Catholic education with proven results throughout his career.
Prior to his time in OCE, Clement served as Director of Admissions and Director of Enrollment Management at his alma mater, Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School.
He graduated from Neumann University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts-English. He also earned a Master of Science in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Neumann University.
