Sisters of Life to celebrate founder, Cardinal O’Connor

The sisters, founded in 1991 by the late Philadelphia native Cardinal John O'Connor, invite all to a Mass at the cathedral on Wednesday, Jan. 15, the 100th anniversary of his birth.

Rev. King, St. Katharine Drexel: Champions of Justice

Joyce Hadley will speak Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 11:30 a.m. in the cathedral chapel to honor the important human rights work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and St. Katharine Drexel.

St Mark School Lip Sync Battle

St Mark School is partnering with our favorite Philly traffic anchor Bob Kelly in an epic Lip Sync Battle. Funds raised will go to St Mark School and Bob Kelly's non profit, Kelly's Kidz.

Social justice speaker to discuss ‘promoting a church and world for all’

Sister of St. Joseph Carol Zinn will be featured at a Jan. 11 gathering of the Catholic Coalition for Migrants and Refugees, at which attendees can learn more about grassroots efforts to address human rights issues such as poverty, conflict and immigration.
