The discussion and fellowship series Theology on Tap meets each Monday in October at 7:30 p.m. at Three Monkeys Cafe, 9645 James Street, in the Torresdale section of Northeast Philadelphia.
“A Catholic Scientist on Evolutionary Theory” is the topic on Oct. 8, presented by Kathleen Gilpin.
Upcoming topics include “The New Evangelization” by Father Charles Zlock and Tom Shakely on Oct. 15; “God of the Old Testament: Kind or Cruel?” by professor Kelly Anderson on Oct. 22; and “Faithful Citizenship: Election 2012” by Father Matt Tralies on Oct. 29.
Theology on Tap Northeast is an event for young adults in their 20s and 30s who gather for an evening of casual eating, drinking and faith-related discussion.
Catholics and non-Catholics, drinkers and non-drinkers all are welcome.
