Blessing of School Bags part of Mass at St. Helena, Blue Bell

St. Helena School in Blue Bell will celebrate its annual Blessing of School Bags with a Mass for students in kindergarten to grade eight Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 9 a.m.

Since it is also the feast of Our Lady of Mercy, the school community will also celebrate Mercy Day.

The school children will also have a birthday celebration for Msgr. Joseph J. Nicolo, pastor of St. Helena Parish.

The school is located at 1499 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell, Montgomery County.
