About 400 children served by Catholic Social Services throughout the year — representing thousands more throughout southeastern Pennsylvania — enjoyed themselves at the 57th annual Archbishop’s Christmas Benefit for Children Dec. 19 at the Sheraton hotel in Philadelphia. The party included songs, skits, games, food and visits by Archbishop Charles Chaput and Santa Claus (aka Douglas Dunn, a theology teacher at Pope John Paul II High School). The scenes below capture the fun, and talents from people who helped make the day special for some special children. (Photos by Sarah Webb)
