Volunteers are needed for the Philadelphia Color Me Rad 5K race Aug. 30 at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia. The race benefits the Special Olympics and also supports Redlight Traffic, a non-profit working to end human trafficking and sexual exploitation by empowering members of the community.
Race volunteers are needed to distribute registration packets to racers, hand water to them during the race and to throw colored paint at passing runners, making it a fun day for all.
Volunteer shifts are Aug. 29 and 30, and volunteers 14 years of age and up need to fill out the sign up form at redlighttraffic.org/colormerad
