The Philadelphia Catholic Grandparents Association will sponsor a day-long conference on Saturday, Aug. 26 at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, Wynnewood.

The conference with a focus of learning, sharing, prayer and support for grandparents begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. and ends with Mass at 4:15 p.m.

Topics will include “Your Biblical Mandate as Grandparents,” “The Importance of Grandparents to the Church, the Family and Society” and Grandparenting in Secular Times.”

Keynote speakers are Jim and Joy Pinto of EWTN’s “At Home with Jim & Joy,” and Catherine Wiley, founder of the Catholic Grandparents Association.
