Catholic Social Services’ Bucks County Family Service Center in Levittown is holding virtual events and educational classes to provide support to pregnant women and new mothers. All classes and events are taught by a prenatal and parenting educator and open to any expectant mother in Pennsylvania.

Pregnancy Support Classes on Zoom

The following educational series each offer a particular focus. Each chapter of the series concludes with a Q&A section.

Pea in a Pod Prenatal (Tuesdays at 10 a.m.) — pregnancy and prenatal education.

The Main Event (Tuesdays at 11 a.m.) — labor and birth.

Little Miracles (Thursdays at 10 a.m.) — the first six weeks with a newborn.

Breastfeeding Support (Thursdays at 11 a.m.) — maternity care practices that support breastfeeding.

Pregnancy Support and Parenting Events and Offerings

Infant Massage Class (Wednesday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m.)
This class will teach a series of techniques for delivering a relaxing massage for a baby. Please register by Feb. 23. All in attendance will receive a free baby wash and lotion.

Virtual Bath Tub Safety (Wednesday, March 10 at 11 a.m.)
Expectant mothers are invited to join in a bath tub safety class which will provide tips, recommendations and resources. Please register by Tuesday, March 9. All in attendance will receive a free bath tub.

Virtual Baby Shower (Wednesday, March 24 at 11 a.m.)
Expecting mothers are invited to join Catholic Social Services for a virtual baby shower. Moms will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a baby swing. Please register by Tuesday, March 23. All moms in attendance will receive a free stroller caddy.

Virtual Safe Sleep Class (Wednesday, April 7 at 11 a.m.)
This class is open to Bucks County moms only. It will provide educational resources and information regarding safe sleeping environments for infants. Please register by Tuesday, April 6. All moms in attendance will receive a free Pack ‘n’ play.
